The Story of Cakebook
Every family has a scrapbook. Some are filled with photos, others with handwritten notes, pressed flowers, or postcards from trips. At Paper Fig, we wanted to create our own version of a scrapbook but instead of pages and ink, we wrote ours with flavors and layers of cake. That’s how the Cakebook was born: a playful canvas where every bite feels like turning a page. Brown butter sponge soaked in gahwa, hot chocolate crémeux, and caramel with cardamom each layer telling its own story. Cakebook is not just a cake, it’s a celebration of the moments we share. A dessert you can slice, enjoy, and remember because the sweetest stories are the ones you can eat.
